Artwork Upload & Intellectual Property Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Artwork Upload & Intellectual Property Policy explains the responsibilities and expectations when you submit artwork or other content to Visual Innovations Group Intl Inc. DBA V Group (“V Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Your Responsibility for Submitted Artwork

By uploading or submitting artwork, logos, designs, or other content (“Artwork”) to V Group, you agree that:

  • You own the rights to the Artwork or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions.
  • The Artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • The Artwork does not contain unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content.

You agree to indemnify and hold V Group harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to intellectual property disputes involving the Artwork you provide.

2. Quality & Resolution of Artwork

To ensure the best possible output:

  • We recommend high-resolution files (such as vector formats or high DPI images).
  • Low-resolution or improperly formatted files may result in pixelation, blurriness, or other quality issues.

We are not responsible for print quality problems arising from low-resolution or poor-quality Artwork provided by the customer.

3. Color Matching & Variations

  • Colors displayed on screens can vary from actual printed output due to differences in monitors, lighting, and materials.
  • If exact color matching is required, please provide Pantone or specific color references, and we will make reasonable efforts to match.
  • Minor color variations are considered normal in the printing process and are not treated as defects.

4. Proofing & Final Approval

  • We may provide digital or printed proofs showing how your Artwork will appear on the final product.
  • It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs for spelling, layout, image placement, and overall design.
  • Production begins only after you provide written approval (such as email confirmation or signed proof).
  • Once approved, proofs are considered final, and changes may incur additional costs.

5. Refusal of Artwork

We reserve the right to refuse any Artwork that we believe is:

  • Unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory
  • In violation of intellectual property rights
  • Otherwise inconsistent with our values or business policies

6. Use of Finished Products in Our Portfolio

Unless you request otherwise in writing, V Group may photograph and display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, or on our website and social media to showcase our capabilities. We will not sell your logo or artwork, but may display it as part of the finished product imagery.
