Bringing the Alliance Brand to Life Through Environmental Branding

As one of the most recognized and successful Brazilian Jiu Jitsu organizations in the world, Alliance Jiu Jitsu wanted a facility that reflected the professionalism, energy, and reputation behind its global brand.

With hundreds of affiliates worldwide and a long history of competitive success, the academy sought to create a cohesive training environment that would enhance the experience for students, families, and visitors while reinforcing the Alliance identity throughout the facility.

V Group partnered with Alliance to deliver a complete environmental branding transformation that combined exterior signage, dimensional branding elements, immersive wall graphics, and functional interior signage to create a consistent and engaging brand experience.

The Project

The project involved branding multiple areas throughout the academy, creating a seamless visual experience from the exterior storefront to the training rooms inside.

The scope included:

• Vinyl awning wraps
• Acrylic dimensional lettering
• Brushed aluminum letters
• Full kids training and play room graphics
• Interior perforated window vinyl
• Informational and motivational wall graphics

Each element was designed to strengthen brand visibility, improve the facility’s appearance, and create a more engaging environment for members and guests.

Exterior Branding

To increase visibility and strengthen the academy’s street presence, V Group installed custom vinyl awning wraps across the exterior storefront.

The updated façade created a cleaner, more professional appearance while ensuring the Alliance brand was prominently displayed from the moment visitors arrive.

The refreshed exterior helps attract attention, improve brand recognition, and create a strong first impression for prospective students and families.

Premium Dimensional Signage

Throughout the facility, V Group produced and installed a combination of acrylic dimensional lettering and brushed aluminum letters to create premium branded focal points.

The dimensional elements added depth, texture, and architectural impact while elevating the overall appearance of the space.

By incorporating multiple materials and finishes, the signage delivers a polished, high-end look that reflects the academy’s reputation for excellence and professionalism.

Kids Training & Play Room Environmental Graphics

One of the most impactful components of the project was the complete transformation of the kids training and play area.

Custom environmental graphics featuring Alliance branding, motivational imagery, and kid-focused design elements were installed throughout the room to create an engaging and welcoming environment for younger students and their families.

The result is a vibrant space that supports the student experience while extending the Alliance brand into one of the academy’s most frequently used areas.

Interior Window Graphics

To extend branding throughout the facility while maintaining privacy, custom perforated vinyl graphics were installed on interior office windows.

The graphics provide a professional appearance and reinforce brand consistency without sacrificing openness or natural light.

This approach allowed Alliance to maximize branding opportunities while maintaining a clean and modern interior aesthetic.

Informational & Motivational Signage

Additional wall graphics and informational signage were installed throughout the academy to support daily operations and reinforce academy culture.

These elements included:

• Training rules and etiquette graphics
• Motivational messaging
• Directional and room identification signage
• Academy information displays

Together, these graphics help improve communication, create a more organized environment, and reinforce the values that define the Alliance training experience.
