Women in Sports and Events (WISE) Las Vegas is the leading organization dedicated to advancing women’s careers in the business of sports and events.
As the Official Signage and Print Provider of WISE Las Vegas, V Group proudly supports the chapter’s annual Women of Inspiration event by producing premium print and branding solutions that enhance the guest experience and highlight honorees and sponsors.

Event Overview

The 2025 Women of Inspiration celebration was held at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, gathering leaders from across sports, entertainment, and business to honor women who continue to inspire and lead their industries.
The evening combined sophistication and energy, creating the perfect atmosphere for meaningful recognition supported by custom-produced materials from V Group.

Our Role

V Group handled the printing and fabrication of all branded event materials, bringing the creative vision to life with precision and consistency.

Deliverables included:
• Custom backdrops for step-and-repeat and media walls, produced with color accuracy and high-quality finishes for professional photo opportunities
• Roll-up banners fabricated for venue entrances and sponsor recognition areas
• A custom branded carpet for the main photo and arrival zones
• Directional and honoree signage produced to align with event branding and guide attendees throughout the venue
• Tabletop acrylics featuring sponsor logos including UFC, MGM, and other partners
• Professionally printed full-color event programs that served as both keepsakes and guides for guests

The Challenge

With the event hosted at a large-scale venue and featuring multiple sponsor integrations, all materials needed to be color-consistent, premium quality, and delivered on time. The variety of materials, from fabric backdrops to acrylic signage, required accuracy and attention to detail to achieve a cohesive visual presentation.
