Overview

As the Official Signage and Print Provider of The Alex Morgan Foundation, V Group was proud to support The Alex Morgan Celebration of Confidence. The event honored empowerment, leadership, and community, and V Group helped bring it to life by manufacturing and installing all signage and branded elements that defined the experience.

Scope of Work

V Group was responsible for the complete production and installation of all event signage and environmental graphics. Working closely with The Alex Morgan Foundation and their creative partners, our team ensured every piece was fabricated with precision, delivered on schedule, and installed seamlessly.

Deliverables

For the event’s entry experience, V Group produced a large step and repeat backdrop that served as the main focal point for media and guest arrivals. The backdrop was paired with a signature pink carpet, creating a striking and memorable first impression.

Inside the venue, V Group manufactured and installed custom fabric light boxes that added depth and vibrancy to the event environment. Each light box was built to achieve perfect illumination and color accuracy, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the space.

To support guest flow and the foundation’s fundraising goals, V Group produced a full suite of directional signage and auction signs. These pieces combined function and brand consistency, guiding attendees and maintaining the event’s cohesive look.

One of the most distinctive elements of the project was the installation of custom graphics on the venue’s water tower. The large-scale application served as a visual landmark and reinforced the event identity in a bold, visible way.

Execution

Every element was produced using premium materials and fabricated with meticulous attention to detail. The installation team coordinated closely with the event production schedule to meet strict deadlines while ensuring flawless alignment and presentation across all components.

From the pink carpet arrival to the illuminated interior features and branded water tower, V Group’s craftsmanship and execution helped deliver an elevated visual experience that perfectly supported the foundation’s vision.
