V Group served as the official signage and print provider for The Trust & Will Holiday Bowl, delivering a comprehensive large-format graphics program at Snapdragon Stadium. Produced for Sports San Diego, the event required precise planning, rapid production, and flawless execution within a fixed, non-negotiable timeline.

As both a partner of Snapdragon Stadium and the official signage and print provider for Sports San Diego and the Holiday Bowl, V Group was responsible for executing all branded graphics from proofing through overnight removal.

Project Scope

V Group produced and installed a wide range of event-driven graphics, including:

• Large-format fabric mesh stadium wraps

• Fabric barricade covers

• Vinyl window graphics

• Printed backdrops

• Vinyl banners

• Directional A-frame and easel signage

• Custom-painted cooler with branded graphics for the post-game celebration

Execution Process

Planning & Proofing
Using existing stadium measurements, V Group developed detailed production proofs incorporating Holiday Bowl and Trust & Will branding. All graphics were reviewed and approved prior to production to ensure accurate placement and brand consistency across the venue.

Production & Fabrication
Large-format fabric mesh graphics were produced to wrap the stadium bowl, providing high-impact visuals while maintaining airflow and structural suitability. Supporting graphics were printed across multiple substrates to accommodate interior, exterior, and field-level applications.

Installation & Removal
V Group’s installation team completed all graphics installation prior to game day. Immediately following the event, the team executed a full overnight removal to return the stadium to a clean state in preparation for a scheduled event the following day.
