Shipping & Production Policy

This Shipping & Production Policy describes how Visual Innovations Group Intl Inc. DBA V Group (“V Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles production timelines, shipping methods, and delivery of orders.

1. Production Times

  • Production times vary depending on the type of product, order volume, and material availability.
  • Production generally begins after final artwork approval and receipt of payment or confirmed terms.
  • Estimated production timelines will be provided at the time of quoting or ordering.
  • Rush services may be available on certain products and may incur additional fees.

2. Artwork & Approvals

  • Delays in providing artwork, approvals, or payment may delay production and delivery dates.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals or changes requested after approval.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight carriers, depending on size, weight, and destination.
  • Shipping costs are based on carrier rates, package size, weight, and delivery location.
  • We may offer local delivery or pickup options in certain areas, where applicable.

4. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are based on carrier schedules and are not guaranteed.
  • V Group is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related issues, or other events outside our control.

5. Risk of Loss & Damage in Transit

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
  • Please inspect shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier, if possible.
  • Report shipping damage to us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, including photos and your order details.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.
  • Additional fees may apply for address changes, re-shipments, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
