1. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Pricing may change due to material costs, labor, or other factors outside our control.
  • Taxes, shipping, installation, and other fees may apply and will be specified when applicable.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are considered confirmed when we receive required approvals, artwork files, and payment (or approved credit terms).
  • Custom work may require full payment upfront unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (with a refund where applicable).

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, designs, or other content (“Artwork”) to V Group, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the Artwork or have obtained proper authorization to use it.
  • The Artwork does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • You accept full responsibility for any claims arising from the use of the Artwork.

V Group is not responsible for:

  • Trademark, copyright, or licensing disputes related to customer-provided Artwork.
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality Artwork provided by the customer.
  • Color variations resulting from differences between digital displays and printed materials.
  • Minor manufacturing variations, tolerances, or material differences typical in the signage industry.

4. Proofs & Approvals

  • We may provide digital or printed proofs for your review prior to production.
  • It is your responsibility to review all details, including spelling, colors, sizes, and layout.
  • Production begins only after we receive your written approval (email confirmation or signed proof).
  • Once approved, proofs are considered final. V Group is not responsible for errors present in an approved proof.

5. Production Timelines

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and current workload.
  • Production time typically starts after final artwork approval and receipt of payment or confirmed terms.
  • V Group is not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control, including vendor delays, shipping delays, or force majeure events.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship using common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight providers, depending on product size and destination.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is transferred to the carrier.
  • You are responsible for inspecting deliveries upon arrival and promptly reporting any damage.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Because our products are custom-made, all sales are generally final once production has begun.
  • Cancellations requested before production may be subject to charges for design time, materials, and administrative costs.
  • Claims for defects or damage must be reported within the timeframe specified in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V Group is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Delays in production or delivery caused by third parties, weather, or other external factors.

In any case, V Group’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Website Use

  • You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
